Hi Grandma!
She doesn't stop!
In the morning I walk in to find socks littering the floor, the bed, and the crib. Before we leave the room to start the day, she makes sure she has plenty of socks in her hands to last at least a few hours, like 5 or 6 pairs. She protects them like they were her children- if Robby comes toward her when shes holding those chosen socks she freaks out.
I don't know where this obsession came from. At first I thought it was a little strange...but as it's progressed I've come to realize that stages like this won't last very long and I'll want to remember how cute this was when she gets older. :)
I love this picture. It demonstrates the tight bond they have, even at this young age. Robby is always laughing at the silly things Aubrina does, whether she's trying to be funny or not. Whenever they see each other they light up. She always asks to hold him (even though he's almost as big as she is) and puts her hands out as if he's tiny enough to fit in the palm of her hands. She's patient with him, even when he's climbing all over her and pulling her hair, she waits patiently for me to help and then explains to Robby why she didn't like it. It's so cute to see how they relate and interact with each other. I hope it stays like this forever!
